1) Put as much of your turkey as you have left into a big pot (bones and all).
2) Combine with all of the following coarsely chopped ingredients:
3 stalks of celery
2 medium sized onions
4 inches of ginger
4 cloves of garlic
3 Tbl. Coarse sea salt
1 bunch parsley
3) Cover with water.
4) Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer for 45 minutes.
5) Turn off heat and add:
2 Tbl apple cider vinegar (or 2 Tbl Yum Yum Tonics Asian Pear Vinegar)
5 Tbl coconut oil
6) Strain and use for a light, post Thanksgiving supper or freeze for later to use.
